There are two things every business needs: a website and an email address. Even if you don't do any online sales or are a one-off brick and mortar business, customers expect to find you online.

Here's how to setup email on your domain with Pingly for free:

Step 1

Go to Pingly.com/signup and follow the signup process to create your account. It will ask you basic information about your organization such as name, domain and contact information.

Once completed you will be signed into your Pingly account. A verification email will also have been sent your email address. Your account will be fully verified and enabled once that's been verified.

Step 2

Next you will need to verify your domain. Go to pingly.com/organization/verify and follow the instructions on adding the DNS verification record to your domain.

Step 3

Now let's setup your domain's DNS records to enable email sending and receiving. Go to Pingly.com/organization/dns and add the 3 DNS records specified. Note: it may take some time for the DNS changes to take affect, so if verification fails just try again in a few minutes.

You're done!

Now email sending and receiving is enabled for your domain. You can add as many users users/email addresses at Pingly.com/organization/users.
